Sticky Balsamic Glaze - Use over roast meats and vegetables, grilled tomatoes, as a salad dressing or mix with olive oil to serve with dukkah. Also great poured over fresh strawberries. 

Sticky Ginger & Lime Glaze - Use over chicken, pork or fish. Drizzle over steamed asian greens or a noodle salad. Delicious over poached figs, quinces or apples.

Sticky Citrus Glaze - Use over duck, fish or even turkey. Dress your favourite green salad, pour over poached pears or a panna cotta.
