Our dressings provide not only a delicious and light addition to your favourite salads but can also be used to marinate meats, deglaze pans or add subtle flavours to a variety of desserts.

Made locally in the Adelaide Hills with the freshest ingredients and no added nasties. 

Mango & Chilli Vinegar - This vinegar makes a perfect addition to a warm chicken salad and is delicious as a marinade on pork. It also pairs wonderfully with fish, prawns or scallops.

Ingredients: Vinegar, Sugar, Mango (20%), Water, Chilli (1%), Salt.
